Only to issue and deliver your event tickets (on screen, by email, and by text if you opted in) and to help you at the registration desk.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell any personal information. Data is processed only by the service providers needed to run this service (hosting, email, and SMS delivery), solely to deliver your tickets.

Retention & deletion

We keep this information only as long as needed for the event and delete it after the event. You may ask us to delete your information sooner by emailing us.
